This program is designed for drivers who have been referred by the court or mandated by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration due to points accumulated on their driving record. If you receive a notice from the MVA requiring participation in a driver rehabilitation program, please contact our office promptly. Be sure to bring the MVA notice and a valid form of identification at the time of registration. Program fees are due at the time of registration. Upon successful completion, we will issue a certificate and forward it to the appropriate agency as required.
