This is a program in which drivers may be referred to by the court and the administration order because of points assessed on their driving record. Contact us upon receipt of a letter from MVA that requires you to be enrolled into a rehabilitation program. Bring the letter and your ID. Our fee is payable on the date of registration. Upon completion we issue a certificate which will be transferred to the requested body.

Also known as safe and sober program is provided to:

• 5.1. Out-of-Country License Holders
  Individuals who hold an out-of-country license are required to successfully complete a vision screening, knowledge test, driving skills test, and an MVA approved three-hour alcohol and drug education program to convert their license to a Maryland license. 10A Driving School provides ADEP only in classroom for 3 hours for $70 fee. After completion, we provide a certificate.
• Required documents are:
  • Proof of age and identity like (green cards, social security cards and proof of MD residency)

• 5.2. US Armed force Driver's License holders

In addition to completion of the 36 hours drivers' education program, new drivers are required of the following additional hours of practices:

• Age 15 – 24: 60 hours (at least 10 of which must be at night)
• Age 25 & up: 14 hours (at least 3 of which must be at night)

The practice hours need to be noted in MVA skills Logbook or on MVA approved Road Ready smartphone app, additional practice hours can be requested for competitive fees and discounts.

This service is for anyone who needs a vehicle and a licensed driver accompany to the MVA Driving Test, for only $120 our driver will take you to your scheduled MVA Driving Test Center and brings you back to our office or your home.
